The Process

Commissions (Dog Portraits & Art Commissions)

1. Place your order
   Choose your location and complete checkout.

2. Reference & details
   You’ll be asked to upload a photo or share project details. I’ll be in touch if anything further is needed.

3. Creation
   Your piece is created by hand, allowing time for drawing, making, drying, and finishing.

4. Completion & dispatch
   Once complete, your artwork is carefully packaged and posted from my current studio location.

Lead Times

• Dog portraits: 2–3 weeks from photo approval

• Art commissions (including bouquet paintings & sculpture): timelines vary and are agreed in advance

• Seasonal offerings: made in small batches and listed when available

Rush commissions may be available on a limited basis.

Shipping

Where Orders Ship From

Orders are shipped from either the UK or Oregon (USA), depending on where I am currently based.
The shipping origin is always clear at checkout.

Shipping by Offering Type

Dog Portraits & Artworks

• UK → UK: shipping included

• US → US: shipping included

• International shipping: calculated at checkout

These works are shipped flat using archival materials and rigid mailers.

Ceremonials

Ceremonials can be shipped within the country I am currently residing in (UK or US).

International shipping is not available for these pieces.

Wreaths & Spring Bulbs

These offerings are local only.

• Available for local delivery or collection

• Shipping is not available due to their nature

Location-specific details are listed with each product.

Packaging

All works are packaged with care, using appropriate materials for their nature and fragility.

Important Notes

• All works are handmade and often one-of-a-kind.

• Because of the nature of custom and seasonal pieces, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can assist.
